HEC Policy

It is the responsibility of MNCEPL that all tasks be conducted in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulations, programmatic standards, and special safety concerns identified by MNCEPL for use in a particular area or with a client. Although most safety regulations are consistent throughout each department and program, it is the responsibility of employees to identify and familiarize themselves with the emergency plan for their working areas.

Each Project should have posted an emergency plan detailing procedures in dealing with emergencies such as:

  • Fire
  • Weather
  • Medical
  • It is the responsibility of employees to complete an Accident and Incident Report for each safety and health infraction that occurs by employees or that employee’s witnesses.
  • Failure to report such an infraction may result in employee disciplinary action, including
  • Each employee should sign a safety statement during new employee Furthermore, management requires that every person in the organization assumes the responsibility of individual and organizational safety.
  • Failure to follow MNCEPL’s safety and health procedures or conduct that places the employee, volunteer, client or agency property at risk may lead to employee disciplinary action or
  • The health and safety committee and the chief executive have the responsibility to develop, and the authority to implement, the safety and health program in the interest of a safer work

Environmental Policy

The MNCEPL mission is to discover how the environment affects people in order to promote healthier lives. It is, therefore, a core value of the firm to preserve and protect the environment. As we advance scientific understanding regarding the fundamental interrelationship between human health and the environment, we will proactively demonstrate our commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable development.

Through implementation of this policy, MNCEPL will serve as a leader by advancing environmental stewardship within our own programs and facilities, and in the broader community. Accordingly, MNCEPL will:

  • Continually improve our environmental
  • Develop and maintain environmental management programs with objectives and targets to minimize adverse environmental
  • Comply with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws, regulations, and other
  • Implement effective pollution prevention and waste minimization programs to reduce, reuse, and recycle
  • Ensure that energy and water are used responsibly and conserved through innovative practices and Provide all staff with the knowledge and tools needed to meet the goals of this policy and to actively participate in efforts to prevent negative environmental impacts.

The MNCEPL shall be responsible for administering and monitoring this policy. This policy will serve as the framework for setting and reviewing the firm’s environmental goals, objectives, and targets. The MNCEPL Board of Directors will coordinate an annual review of this policy and develop recommendations for improvements and updates as needed. Changes to this policy will be communicated to all employees and other staff working on behalf of the firm.

Quality Policy

MNCEPL believes that its market expects a continually improving service. We aim to continually improve the service we provide to meet our clients’ requirements and to produce finished work that we can justifiably be proud of.

The company aims to achieve the above by implementing a management system that complies with the international standard of good practice. It also includes a commitment to meet the requirements of our clients, learn from customers feedback, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Also, to continual development of the system and helping to ensure it remains effective. 

Only by providing an outstanding service and product quality will we achieve our aims of long-term success and sustained improvements.

All personnel within the company are responsible for the quality of their work. The company provides training and has established systems to assist all personnel to achieve the standards required. While we endeavor to produce work and offer a service that we can be proud of, we have to recognize that we don’t always achieve our own standards. When a customer complaint, we are committed to investigating the complaint and will do our best to put right all justified complaints.

The policy, organization and procedures necessary to achieve the required standards are described in our Quality Management System.

The Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring the quality system and reports regularly to the Chief Executive on the system’s implementation, status and effectiveness.

The objectives of this company are set out in the Business Plan. Objectives for individual jobs are to carry out he works to the satisfaction of the client and in accordance with the contract as agreed with the client.
